COMPANY POLICIES

Contact policies: Your primary contact person for  The Rainmaker is the Dream Team. The Dream Team is available from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. The Dream Team communicates by email only. Please do not direct message, call, or text The Dream Team to communicate. If you require assistance by phone or Zoom, arrangements can be made for specific exceptions.

Email policies: Please allow up to 5 business days for a response by email, although Jen The Rainmaker strives to respond sooner. For feedback on documents, all feedback must be included in a single email, rather than piecemeal, to allow for timely and efficient responses.

Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.

​

Time Off Policy: The Rainmaker is closed on weekends and federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.

​

Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every two days for up to ten days.

​

Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 45 days to communicate with The Rainmaker prior to initiating a chargeback.

 

One-on-one Coaching:

​

Sessions will be held by Zoom, or with advance notice, by other means including telephone.

​

The session must be scheduled using Jen The Rainmaker’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that their availability will match yours.

​

If a session is not used within 6 months, it is forfeited.

​

If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.

​

If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.
